I've had 2 goes at posting this, at the moment HU doesn't seem to like photos added. So, I ran for 5 minutes because I wanted to see what happened.
What happened was my heart rate shot up, I puffed and panted, my mouth was in a wide grin and tears of joy ran down my cheeks.
5 minutes felt very special .
Run or rest well friends and a special shout out to AlMorr and Mudita11 for their weekend races, have fun while pom poms are waved and you are cheered home xx

I think overexcited is fine; just donβt run too far, or fast, too quicklyβ¦but you wonβt do either. For too sensible for that. Really good news; and photo π
Thanks π I'm sticking to 5 minutes for now, and when it feels easy and my heart rate doesn't go so high I'll add a minute, I know my limits and will take it a step at a time
Absolutely love this Sue. You are well on the road to recovery. Shame about the photos. I loved the one you posted on Strava of yourself. Your smile said it all. Yay ! β€οΈ Xx
Great little run for you. What a milestone. Take it slowly and steadily and you will get there. But you know that. Well done. Beautiful photo too. Rest well and look forward to your next little outing. πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
