Inspired by Fabulous450 I ventured into the garden last night and ran... for a whole 20 minutes. Now I say ran.. there's about 10 paces to the back of the garden, small loop round and 10 paces back again, so I wasn't able to stride out much and this showed in my stats as avergae cadence was 0.5m compared to normally 0.9 and therefore only ran just over 1.5k. It felt so good to be out running in the cool crisp air though that I didn't care that I basically ran around in an extended circle for 20 minutes (I did keep changing direction occasionally), in fact I could have run for longer. In the last 5 minutes I even did some mini sprints! I'm doing lots of cross training at the moment so as long as I keep my running legs ticking over then I'm happy with that.

Good run for you, did you get any comments from your 2 boys or your neighbours?
Sounds similar to my jogging around the house laps! Better than nowt, as we say in Yorkshire ππ

Fantastic Mum22boys!! ππ½ππ½ππ½!! Iβm so pleased you gave it a go. Itβs weird how the size of the space isnβt important isnβt it? π! I absolutely love this. The distance isnβt important either. You can enjoy running wherever you are!! Weβre unstoppable!! π€©π€©β€οΈ

Did you see that someone did a marathon round his garden?! Heβd been sponsored for one so completed it - left a visible trail. π
