My previous "long" running time was just under 54 minutes / 5 miles so I decided (last night) that my Sunday morning run would be 60 minutes and see how far it took me.
I set off at a slowish pace listening to Coach Bennett with his words of wisdom and settled into it.
I had to add a bit to my usual route to fit the run in as I walk a bit before and after.
My distance for the 60 minutes was 8.9k and I'm sure I'd have managed 9k if I'd realised how close I was. That might be next Sundays goal.
