I managed to get out for my run on Sunday morning but although I did another Mile it was very slow. I’m off on my holibobs tomorrow but I don’t think I’ll be running as the temperature is forecast to be in the high 20 s and feel like 32-34. I don’t run in heat so I’ll be doing walking instead. Happy running 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

A belated post. Sundays run
It's really hard work attempting to run at those temperatures, can even be dangerous. You're very sensible to know when to pause. Your walks will be plenty strenuous enough. Just think how much you'll appreciate the misty autumn days when you get back
Have a wonderful time 🏖 🍸😎
Have a great time and soak up the warmth. It’s getting cooler now (in the north) so you’ll be all set for running when you get back.
Well done you.... just enjoy your holiday ! Yesletsgo has given you some great advice.
Maybe a very early run? Photos please too!
I’m travelling by train so might not take all my running gear but I might be tempted to go for a run by the sea. So will send photos if I do.
Wear your running shoes to travel, roll your running bra, shorts and vest up small and stuff 'em in a corner of your bag. No space needed
Sounds like an epic train trip -where's the destination if you don't mind me asking? (I'm driving to Greece, near Athens, next week)
Sounds like you’ve done this before🤣🤣. I’m off to Antibes from north of England. Train all the way. Good luck on your Marathon drive to Athens. Stay safe and drive carefully. Relax and enjoy when you get there.
Ooh, lovely, have a wonderful time.
Yes, I've done more than my fair share of 'how much can I fit in a Ryanair underseat sized bag'? 😂
This is the only sort of Marathon I'm ever likely to undertake.
