Fitting runs into a busy week is tricky, especially when I often feel exhausted after a busy day with the children. So this bank holiday weekend was an opportunity to fit in two runs. Amazing morning, beautiful sunshine, a little cooling breeze and dry - perfect! Lovely slow plod down my usual old railway line which has big trees providing shade. Nice to run without a jacket on and not slipping in mud ππ Just over 6k, slow but I got out there and enjoyed it. Hopefully another run on Monday and then gradually build up ready for the HU virtual 10k.
Happy BH weekend everyone π

Thank you OF π I absolutely love the children but it is very tiring especially with admin/planning etc to do at home. However, plans are afoot for September π€« π Watch this space π
Wonderful SS! I agree, running in the sun is joyous. I know weβll be grumbling when itβs too hot in (hopefully) a few weeksβ time, but after the wet and grim winter weβve had, I doubt many of us donβt enjoy a sunny trot. Pups too, of course! π πΆπ₯°
