. ... nothing much to report other than one of those gorgeous morning runs! Sun dappling through the trees, breeze keeping one cool, dog walkers saying hi .... πππ
And I hit 165! Fast (legs) and very slow (speed) at the same time!
Happy running everyone!

Yes, gorgeous morning. I still have to acquire appreciation for running in beautiful afternoons. I struggle with that but itβd be nice to have the choice.
Wonderful CBDB, yes it was an amazing morning wasnβt it? Well done on your delightful 4k! ππ
I ran at 8am (itβs my hilly Monday) and it was 11 degrees with bright sunshine. Absolutely perfect. π. Now itβs 23 degrees which is far too warm for running in my opinion. π₯΅
Nice! Yes, perfect morning! I havenβt run in the afternoon since the one time in my C25k days, and it really was a struggle running in the afternoon. So Iβll stick to the delightful mornings. π
Yes, itβs a former railway line but almost 5k of a relatively straight track. (Annoyingly ca 470m short of 5k). Outwards it has a gradual elevation of 50m over the 5k, so running out and back is really rewarding! π
Looks lovely. I could just do with one of those runs ππ³π²ππΌββοΈ
Although.... there is a 7 min run along a street row of houses before I get to the tree lined route. So one I call the terraces of terror, and the other the hill of heavenly runs... π€£π€£
