Quick, early morning hill runs get you really set up for the day!

This morning’s run was an apt way to open the season to my favourite, now mud-free route!

That’s it! Fresh! Early! Cool! Green and welcoming!

Beautiful!

Happy running, everyone!

Fantastic start to the day, you're now ready to take on the world 😁All the mud over the last few months really makes you appreciate a dry path, here's to lots more of these great runs.

That looks uncannily like my running route! (Only without the roads, cars, buildings and noise ... )

Thank you! How is your back, these days! Hope it’s all getting better. Sending you more healing wishes, in case you need them. Missing your walking reports!

Thanks CBDB, still need those healing wishes. Think it’s coming from shoulders and top of back doc says. Been doing about 4 km most days with Mr D and mostly along same routes, so don’t want to bore people with the same, hopefully when the warmth gets up i and Mr D will get other walks. Still counting the miles yet.

Mixed bag with sunny patches up here in Cheshire today. I do sometimes like cold and drizzly, but cold and sunny is even better!
