I've decided this year to take on a walking challenge every month. I've just finished walk 1km a day for dementia uk, now I'm doing 70 miles in march for Samaritans. Got challenges booked for April, May and June too so far. Decided to do it so I can keep moving and I don't ask for sponsorship for most of the events, I just pay in something at the end of the month. I'm loving it so far. My doctor said I was inspiring him to move!
