Good afternoon to all my fellow runners, I have this morning completed my first 10 k, it took 1 hour and 35 minutes, which I'm really happy with as my target time for the Brighton 10 km in April is one and a half hours. I'm really happy with my "sports leg" it's taken quite a long time to get used to it, but we know eachother pretty well now. So onwards upwards and keep winning at life πŸ˜€

Hi Mister- I do the odd run, work keeps me busy and grandchildren keep me even busier these days.

I still lurk and drop the odd reply.. still see you going strong - well done for that πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜€

Hi Petem56. Congratulations. You did it all 67 years of you!! Ha Ha WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT!!! You must be well chuffed with yourself. That step from 5k to 10k can look awful intimidating but you have proved no matter how long it takes we can all do it.Best of luck for Brightons 10k in April you'll have a great day.
