Good afternoon to all my fellow runners, I have this morning completed my first 10 k, it took 1 hour and 35 minutes, which I'm really happy with as my target time for the Brighton 10 km in April is one and a half hours. I'm really happy with my "sports leg" it's taken quite a long time to get used to it, but we know eachother pretty well now. So onwards upwards and keep winning at life π
