Yes it’s is great to get outside again. Although my physio appointment was cancelled yesterday and moved to Friday. I fear he may suggest using the treadmill for a while as pain does increase when I run out side ☹️ But as they say a run is a run 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
