Think I’m getting slower at this! But I fell out of bed this morning and went out for a trot along a windy seafront for another 4km. The plan is to try and run 3 times a week though it won’t necessarily be very far - just as long as I can get out and breathe in that ozone! Well, at least until we get confined to quarters! It’s getting out that counts. I’m no speed demon either! Sunshine today and looks like it’s here to stay. Working from home has a few benefits....getting out for a run in the daylight being just one 😊

You got out OGR and that’s all that matters. Pretty soon it’ll get a bit warmer and less windy. We all deserve that at least.
