Another slow shuffle

Think I’m getting slower at this! But I fell out of bed this morning and went out for a trot along a windy seafront for another 4km. The plan is to try and run 3 times a week though it won’t necessarily be very far - just as long as I can get out and breathe in that ozone! Well, at least until we get confined to quarters! Stay well people; happy running!

Doesn’t matter how slow as long as you do while you can, it will keep you healthy and now more than any time that’s important

Well done Oldgirlruns. You don’t think your skiing at high altitude has helped then? Don’t worry, you are getting out, and once you get into the swing again you’ll find it easier.

This girl can .

No I don’t think so - what with twitchy knee and sore foot I didn’t do enough skiing to get super fit! Yes I’m sure it’ll get better and I’m glad I’m still running even if it is slowly!

👍

Well done. Another run, another 4k in the bank. Keep on keeping on as long as you can.

Happy running OG. It doesn’t matter how fast as long as you do it (but I suspect lots and lots and lots and lots have already said that 😁) Stay safe (or Stay Sade as my autocorrect insisted on changing it too!!!) x

It’s getting out that counts. I’m no speed demon either! Sunshine today and looks like it’s here to stay. Working from home has a few benefits....getting out for a run in the daylight being just one 😊

You got out OGR and that’s all that matters. Pretty soon it’ll get a bit warmer and less windy. We all deserve that at least.

Keep running. 😀 I’m going out a bit later. I’m starting to recognise every blade of grass and rut on the common! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
