Another slow run

I did another slow low heartrate run this morning, well it was almost lunch time by the time I got out! It's milder, it's a bit blustery and it's not raining, just about perfect.

My heartrate didn't want to stay low today so there were walking breaks and I was a little disheartened but it was great to be out.

My cold has almost gone as well so happier all round.

Have fun, run happy or rest well.

I didn't stop for photos but did manage to cover 3.26 k

Well done - I love a breezy run, especially when the wind is behind me!

It was blustery all round me, so never blowing me along and never quite in my face 😁

You did well on that run. It’s easier when you run some of it in Zone 2 😊

I've set Wednesday's for some zone 2

Well done Sue a good distance for a slow low heart beat run! We always have the option to walk a bit on our runs but when we don’t want to, but needs must it’s frustrating! Xx

Good for you going out considering the high winds. I find it difficult trying to get heart rate down even on walking. Not sure if setting right on my Garmin but I go how I feel and don’t feel out of breath. Hope your eye is getting better.

Thanks, it wasn't as windy as I expected. I'm finding it hard but it protects my eye going slowly, the Garmin zones are way too low so I used an online calculator 😁 my eye is amazing thanks, really great to see well again

myprocoach.net/calculators/... used this, not sure how good it is but seemed about right for me

Thanks will have a look to see how compares to mine calculated. I uses resting heart rate on Garmin as well to work out.

Well done Sue! I have no idea how to check my heartbeat. Sounds like it should be easy enough with my Apple Watch. I’m just such a technophobe! So pleased to hear that your vision is so much better. Worth protecting. Xx
