Well while we’ve had a great time over the last week I feel sluggish and have definitely over eaten. So this morning was my first run for quite a while but I was determined to get out even thought it was back to W5R2. It was cold but bright with no sign of any rain or wind which has been here for the last week.
i returned to my first route along the back road out of the village and up to the farm. It was quiet and I only met a girl riding her horse so off I trotted. I found the first 8 minutes good but after the 5 minute walk struggled to get back into my rhythm but managed to complete the run. So far I’ve not had any pain in my heel so fingers crossed for my next run on Tuesday.
