Haven't posted in ages as I had a period of injury followed by only doing 1 run a week for a while. Since I've been on annual leave though I have got back into it along with cycling. We had 4 days of a cycle tour in Argyll, which was fab and our last day was a 40 miler - which I was very pleased with since I have hardly been on my bike the past year!
The cycling seems to have made a real difference to my running and my legs feel a lot stronger. Since I've been running 5kms for the last while I thought I'd step it up again to get back to 10k. However today my Garmin froze literally a few seconds in and I had no idea where I was with pace, time or anything!
It was a corker of a run though - I felt like I could have run for miles. I'm sure I must have smashed out a PB..... 🤣🤣🤣. So good to feel the magic - happy running all!
