just completed c25k and will do 5k race at the end of the month. Should I starts bridge to 10k now? Also should I start week 1 or are there more suitable week to starts. I completed 5k in 38 minutes.

There is no specific podcast on the forum for 10K but there are podcasts out there. Our own Magic Plan is a great one to follow and the Nike Running Club have a podcast too.
We do advise our new Graduates to do some consolidation before moving on too far, too quickly...it can be all too easy to push yourself and end up with an injury!

Sometimes after graduating it feels weird to not have a running plan.
Personally I continued with the C25K template from weeks 7, 8, and 9 by adding 2 minutes (week 10) then 3 minutes (week 11), etc
