Hello everyone, just thought I would let you know I’m finished the C25K app - 9 weeks ..... did most of it on the treadmill, last 3 outside, WOW, what a difference running outside but love it as the weather is good just now, even if/when the weather changes - and being in this part of the world no doubt it will ..... soon, I will still go out for a run πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Someone mentioned that running outside is best and quickest for loosing weight than running on a treadmill, sounds like a myth to me? I do need to loose weight but my fitness levels are more important, my weight has decided to sit and stay around my middle so if this isn’t a myth, is running good for this?

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone πŸ˜˜πŸ˜ŽπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Congratulations! Fantastic achievement! πŸ‘πŸŽˆπŸŽ‰πŸŽŠ

Absolutely nothing wrong with running on a treadmill, you can make it as hard as you like... if people think it’s easier i’d suggest they try it on a fast setting and see how long they last. πŸ˜‚

If you want to lose weight it’s a combination of diet and exercise, but there’s no cheat to losing weight, no magic diet, no magic exercise... it’s a calorie deficit, that’s all it is.

Running anywhere is not a guarantee for weight loss... I put weight in when I started running:)

Healthy eating regime and exercise will be beneficial, but, no quick fix...just lots of fun staying fit and healthy:)
