Hello everyone, just thought I would let you know Iβm finished the C25K app - 9 weeks ..... did most of it on the treadmill, last 3 outside, WOW, what a difference running outside but love it as the weather is good just now, even if/when the weather changes - and being in this part of the world no doubt it will ..... soon, I will still go out for a run πββοΈ
Someone mentioned that running outside is best and quickest for loosing weight than running on a treadmill, sounds like a myth to me? I do need to loose weight but my fitness levels are more important, my weight has decided to sit and stay around my middle so if this isnβt a myth, is running good for this?
Have a wonderful Sunday everyone πππββοΈ

Absolutely nothing wrong with running on a treadmill, you can make it as hard as you like... if people think itβs easier iβd suggest they try it on a fast setting and see how long they last. π
If you want to lose weight itβs a combination of diet and exercise, but thereβs no cheat to losing weight, no magic diet, no magic exercise... itβs a calorie deficit, thatβs all it is.
Congratulations to you Yoga44 on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating π π π, well done.
