C25k completed for a second time!

I finished C25k again this morning. After doing it the first time, I learnt my running style could do with improvement and so I had to do it again with a ‘new’ running style. I was aiming to do 5k in the actual 30 minuted you do by the end of the programme but couldn’t quite manage it. I am finding running hard work with the new style but have managed a sprint at the end for the last couple of runs. I am going to be consolidating for a few weeks at least but may join in the B210k programme next time it kicks off. I’ve signed up to do 10k in the Brighton marathon in April so I need to be ready for that! Phew!

Nice that you have graduated for the second time from C25K, don't see the word graduate beside your name, anyway, well done for your second graduation run, yes you can look forward to next years Brighton 10K. plenty of time to train for that.

Well done again jimmers ! 🎉🎉🎉😃❤️🍾🥂🏅

You’ve probably got your graduate badge still on the C25k forum, but each forum has badges for different things and you’re on B210k at the moment. (You’ll get your “Graduate 10” badge on here once you get to 10k. You’ve loads of time to prepare for that for April, though, so don’t feel rushed. Consolidating before moving on again always seems safest.)

Your badge will show up on the c25k site but not on the Bridge site😊

Well done on redoing the plan with your new running form..great idea!

Ah! Okay! I left the C25k forum a while after completing it as I figured B210k was now the place to be!

Wow, good for you for graduating twice and changing your running style. That’s some doing!

Sounds like you’ll have plenty of time to train for the Brighton 10k. How exciting! Having a goal will spur you on! Keep us up to date with how training is coming along won’t you? 😀👏👍

Hi. Thanks for asking! I’m still running. Finding it more difficult to fit around work and stuff now. But fitting in a couple of 5ks a week. Hoping to finally do the 10k plan the next time round! Cheers! Jim
