2nd tiny run after calf strain recovery

2nd tiny run today, after my first run on Sunday. Took it really easy today as well, just 5 min warmup walk 8 min run with only on 30 sec walk half way. Then cool down walk. I cut it shorter today, as I could feel the area of my calf strain, so did not want to stress it too much.

Too short to get that sweaty workout feeling, but it was good to get out there this morning with capris and my sleeveless tank tops and the cool air on my free arms.

Happy running, everyone!

Keep taking it easy CBDB - calf strains need plenty of time to heal. If in doubt, rest for a few more days…you will get there! Good luck.🙂
