BBC weather suggested it was 26 degrees when our parkrun started. We provided half-way refreshments! Welcomed by nearly all.

The refreshment was water pistols! We also had cakes at the end for our 84 year old regular 🏅

Fantastic, I didn’t look closely enough! The Vegan runners had cakes today but they didn’t share them. ☹️

We had a group of vegan runners today including a woman who came first by over a minute and equaled the women’s record! Sadly the cakes weren’t vegan today.
