Wake up, plan to run 5k, spend half an hour leaving the house and at 5k decide you feel grand and carry on to 9k 🤣🤣🤣

Was nice to be out though much better than my desk.

That's true, we didn't work from home much but I remember one day I worked from home, set up my laptop, sat on sofa for a cup of tea before I started and fell asleep

Haha well done on your 9k run. This post made me laugh because I have had to leg it back for meetings but will leave my camera of otherwise they’d see a beetroot face against my bright running t-shirt!
