I haven't posted for a while, because I got fed up with saying 'Yay! I've been for a run and nothing hurts' only to get a new, unrelated injury come on within a few hours of posting.
So, after 10 weeks of problem after problem things seem to have settled down. I've run every other day for 2 weeks (6 runs in total) and everything has been fine.π€
It's very frustrating, having got myself up to 17K to be back to 10 minutes running and 2 mins walking, but I have to remind myself that I'm not on the Olympic squad, and it really doesn't matter if I have to start again! And this time I'm confident that I can do it, which is nice.
To those of you who are new to B210K, I advise you to do the strengthening exercises that I always meant to do, but never quite got round to...
