I last worked through Juju's magic plan in autumn 2020, during the UKs sort-of lock downs. That was great and I completed it, but as life got back to a more standard rhythm I wasn't able to keep up the running. I wanted to try again, and just wondered if anyone else is looking to get started?
I have been working on just getting back to doing 3 runs in a week in preparation but it would be great to find others looking to start.

Hi kninjasticks ! Well done on getting back into your running. How’s that been going? It’s a great time of year for it with the sunshine…as long as you time it right to avoid the heat!
If you start posting about your magic plan runs, you may find people are also doing them too. Lots of us have done the plan before and will be able to cheer you on, even if we’re not doing exactly the same runs. I’m at the beginning of a half marathon plan and lots of my runs will be similar to yours.
I started the Magic Plan (the timed one not the distance one which seemed too daunting considering how slow I am 🐌) just last week. First week and Run 1 of Week 2 done and dusted 😉 Hoping to get out there for the second run of this week tomorrow.Good luck with starting up again - you can do this, kninjasticks! 💪🏃♀️(I keep telling everyone 'if I can do it, anyone can!')
I'm just on a bit of consolidation after finishing C25K, I plan to start the magic plan in the next week or so, I'd be happy to start together if you're looking for a buddy
Ah ha! Brilliant, yes a buddy would be great. I'm thinking of 'officially' kicking off around the 11th with a bit more consolidation before then. Maybe we can be just a bit behind Lumaca0112 , and use them as our inspiration!
The same as some other posters. I have recently finished C25k, and am currently consolidating. I have one more 30 minute run to do on Sunday, and then I'll be starting the magic plan. I'll be doing the time version.
However I'm only going up to 45 minutes. Not to say that I'll never run longer, but for now, with work and family life and other hobbies, that's as much as I have time to doing for my long run each week.
