Not sure about video but just Google "Ju Ju's Magic 10" all the details are there on the plan, just like C25K take all the runs slowly.

Have you heard / seen all the Audiofuel podcasts ( Google Audiofuel).. i follow 133-155bpm easy run for the long runs ( 6km , 7km etc ).. follow the pyramid intervals for the smaller runs 3km to 4km etc ..
I find they focus my mind and intervals are coached too.
I'm being recommended to use free app NIKE RUN CLUB for free guided runs on there.. will look at this once i get to 10km.. with hills its taking me 58mins.. so I'm breaking 0 records. I'm finding solo running weird but also helping my confidence to be out there.. missing my running buddies terribly and the local running club group even more so too !
