Talking about planks, there are three I do over the week with YouTube videos, The Perfect 3 minute plank workout, the 7 minute plank challenge and the 5 minute workout that replaces high-intensity cardio.
Me too ! Exciting isnβt it....not sure Iβm loving the planks but a cushion is helping my elbows or I feel like Iβm going to go through the floorboards π€£ (or shaking like an earthquake)
Next time π what's the worst that can happen? Doesnt matter if we only start with 3 seconds or 30 seconds, its about building a stronger us, just like c25k did ππ Right side I had to do modified ie knees on floor but left side was a complete surprise. Probably a fluke! π€£
Great job. 30 to 60 is easier than 0 to 30... enjoy your journey. Well done on the planks... theyβre really going to help with core stability and thus aches and pains.
He will get you there for sure... think heβs on everything from 35 minutes to 10 miles π€£. His 10k run is absolutely amazing, and delivers a couple of surprises... whatever it is he has he should bottle and sell.
I've reached the hour mark this week, achieving 8k in the process, so now I've gone back to week 5 and am following the distance version for the next few weeks to build up to the 10k mark.
