I've started! Yay. I am officially building up to run for an hour π±π¬π€―
That freaks me out a little but so did the thought of running for 3 minutes let alone 30.
The plankety planks were the toughest bit π as I just did the 15 min run today. Get out and back before another deluge β
The normal plank and right side were a struggle but the left I did with relative ease π€ need to work to even that up.
Downloaded an interval timer app to help with these post run workouts. The woman on there is very scary so I will def do as she says!
