I am pleased to say I finally completed week 1 of the plan. (I started a week late). It's nice to have a bit of structure again. Although for my 15 minute run, I run a lot faster in my head than it showed on my stats and I probably could have done a few more planks, but I promise to do my best from now on 😊

Juju's magic plan
Ooh, I've just completed week 1 too 😀Thought I'd be the only one lagging this far behind!
Got PBs for 1k and 1 mile in the 15 minute run too ... still way slower than most people, but faster than the usual me which is what counts!
I've come to the conclusion that as a general rule my body seems to prefer a few rest days between runs, so I'm just going with what works. I did do a Pilates class yesterday which included lots of squats, some done on a hedgehog, so I reckon I've done a good bit of strength training.
Well done, sounds like you are doing great....Speed is definitely not my thing, but I will try to go a bit faster next time. ...bring on week 2! 💪🏃♀️🏃♂️
Haha, yes indeed, week 2 here we come! Funnily enough, speed was my thing in my (much) younger days, I could sprint, but never manage to run anything over about 200m. C25K taught me to run MUCH slower to be able to manage to increase distance. So now I'm really slow, and looking to increase speed a little again.
Hi... I also am behind and just done my long run of week 2. I take more than one day rest between each run. ( learnt the hard way!) Glad to hear from others who are doing it at there own pace xx
You're ahead of us!
I'm definitely doing this at my own pace, running has to fit into and around my life to be sustainable, so I don't worry if sometimes it's a week between runs - I love the fact that I then get that "itch" to get out there.
Well done!!!
Well done for getting started and I agree, it really is great to have the structure of a plan.
I think there are probably lots of people who, for whatever reason, are now on different weeks. I really would’t worry, we will all get there in our own time and that’s really what it’s all about. Happy running.
