Hope to be on my way folks

today I jogged 4.5 miles, my longest run for two years, I managed it . I was determined to do it to help with getting rid of this damn awful anxiety. Tonight I feel that I am a different person, yes my knee hurts, yes my back hurts but my mind is clear, my jitters have gone, my thoughts are positive, I’m having a good day. Running is and will be my saviour. I wish you all a really merry healthy Christmas my running buddies 🤞

so pleased to hear your run had a positive impact on you.

I’ve learned when I feel low, that’s the exact time I should make myself go out for a jog - it lifts my spirits and I always feel the better for it

Best advice I ever got for anxiety was ' Write down the facts and only the facts of the matter, then accept the truth that your emotions really have nothing to do with where they facts indicate you are heading" :)

Worry is like Voodoo- lot of noise, drama, blood and hysteria...and doesn't mean a darn thing in the end :)
