So pleased with myself

Hi Everyone I completed my third park run last week. When I started I did it in 47 minutes. On the last one I got it down to 39 minutes.

I have been using the 10k app to try and start building my from 5k to 10 k. Very slow but I am enjoying the challenge. I thought I was going to miss Jo Whiley and so I repeated the graduation run numerous times but then I tried the Nike one and its okay.

That’s AMAZING progress. Wow. Seriously impressive-go you! You must be buzzing.

Really good luck with your journey up to 10k. Take is steady and use all your skills from c25k and those magic numbers will be appearing for you soon. I found going from 5k to 10k a lot easier that 0k to 5k. Looking forward to hearing about how you get on.

Fantastic - well done. I listened to W9 quite a lot after I finished C25K - I found it comforting 😁

All the best with the next stage - your making fabulous progress so you’ve definitely got this 👏🏃‍♀️👏🏃🏻‍♂️👏

Huge well done.

You are getting there. Keep it very slow and steady .

Just curious, I may be wrong on this, but looking at your past posts, I think you are still a fairly new Graduate?

Are you following the NIKE 10K plane which has you running 5 times a week? Are you tweaking it so that you are having a rest day between each run?

We usually advise folk against running on consecutive days until they have been running for at the least 6 months and probably longer, simply to avoid injury.
