we have finally moved house 14 months from start to finish and nothing but frustration all along the way.

After completing my C25K for the 3rd time our moving date came and I celebrated with a lovely run through the woods, took a couple of days off to start unpacking.

Now been layed up for 10 days with the mother of all cough and cold.i think the last year finally took its toll.

oh well once again when I am fit I will continue my journey on this 'running lark' as my husband calls it.

Happy running everyone stay safe

congratulations on the move - hope you settle in well and feel better soon.

Do you have a new area to explore? New running routes to discover?
