A beautiful day to start my second 10k journey, this time with the audio-guided runs from the NRC 10k Plan. (First time around, I loved doing the Magic Plan, but wanted to experience something different)
Memorable quote from the Coach: “Sometimes time takes it time!”
Over at S&F, I’m using some targeted workouts to give my upper back some workout love, attending to some upper back niggles that luckily do not appear when running, but only when rowing.
★ And Cross-Training, Flexibility, Strengthening workouts, as well as tending to any niggles, head over to our sister forum Strength & Flexibility forum at: healthunlocked.com/strength...
Keep on keeping on, everyone!

I saw your detailed links to the NRC 10K plan and have also started this week. I did the first interval run this morning and enjoyed it. I also saw that you don't necessarily do all the 5 runs in one week. I think that would suit me too as I usually only run 3 times a week. But looking forward to the structure of having a plan again. thank you
yeah, I did wonder if I could stretch out my weeks long enough so that I might get to the longer runs in early spring, which would suit me just fine! 🤣🤣👍🏽💪🏃🏼♀️
