Two short runs for me this morning. And two wins for me yesterday.
This morning, as planned for my consolidation period (post C25k the second), I put on the NRC audio-guided plan for beginners and ran the two 20-minute runs back to back, coached by lovely coach Cory. (Ohh, I do like Coach Cory!)
The fiddling in the middle of my run, switching from one audio-run to the other, also allowed me a little stretch, a bit of picture-taking and walk, so in the end, this run for me was 2 x 20 min runs! Felt good, as if I’m back to my regular running again.
And yesterday, I managed to get two firsts in my fitness journey, but in my rowing:
I reached 10k!!!!!
And for the first time, I continually rowed for 60min!
(But there is no 60min badge or 10k badge, nor any medals ☹️, so I’ll have to think of some reward for myself. Of course, I had already rewarded myself with a set of leggings…)
Those 60minutes and 10k row passed quite fast, as I joined in with a group of treadmill runners on Zwift, who ran a 10k.
So feeling good and strong!
