Well I think I’m finally back into 2 runs a week. I’ve managed to run twice a week now for about 6 weeks. My hip is still niggly but orthopaedic chap didn’t seem to be too bothered when I said I ran about 2 miles twice a week so I’m going to try and carry on listening to my hip. 🤣🤣🤣

Well, that seems good to me, if you have the go ahead from those in the know..... and listening to our body is a sure way to know if things are amiss.

thank you. I’m not too sure if it’s making the hip better or worse but at least I’m getting out there for a few short runs and keep sane 🤣

yes it is I suppose but I was desperate to get back into a routine as it’s keeping a lot of other health issues at bay.
