Out bright and early. Have visitors partners daughter and partner with new baby 3 months old. He’s been really good, but they seem to bring everything but the kitchen sink. Went out along the black path wouldn’t go in dark mornings but ok now around the roads and up the heights to see over where I live all road ., back by the waterside and back for brekkie. Hectic . My walk was in 1 hour 36 mins. Going out for lunch as well . Enjoy your Sunday 😊

Well done Doris8, another weekend 10K walk for you today, that is fast walking, 1 hour and 36 minutes is a excellent time, almost power walking, I think 1 hour .30 minutes for 10K is regarded as a official power walk, enjoy and relax for the rest of the day 😊 🚶

Lovely way to spend a Sunday. A walk, a lunch and friends around! Enjoy!

Yes, it's extraordinary how much paraphernalia my kids with little ones deem as necessary when visiting. Walk sounded good.

Yes good walk in morning and at least I missed the heavy showers we had later.

I bet. I’m not a rainy person but still go out all the same. Well done on your 9km

Well done for still walking!

I have lacked a bit in the moving-part of my life. I have done a few walks at the coast to go to and from the nearby 2 towns which makes it to a few walks of 6 tot 8 km. Had to recuperate for a day or 2 every time after. Seems as if I am not getting healthier. But besides those few walks, I haven't done a lot. I am going to try and change that. I am going to try to slip in a walk of 30 minutes each day after work. Not more than that, just about 30 minutes, which will be close to 2K for me I think. Not much, but if I can force myself to do this every day and maybe 1 longer walk in the weekend, that will be a lot for me. I might rotate the walks in the future with 30 minutes cycling on the hometrainer. Not now yet though, in the future. Maybe... no sure yet. I'll see... how I feel will come first.

Anyhow, cheers to you and well done for keep on walking!
