9.04 km walk

Hi glad I went early for my walk which took 1 hour 24 mins , since been chucking down with rain ☔️ since 8.30am. Miserable. Getting a wee bit lighter in mornings but still need torch. Having to invest in a wee penlight torch mines not strong enough and not into headlight torches. Have ordered one from Amazon. Hope you get out on your runs today . Have a good Sunday.

Another nice Sunday morning walk for you today Doris8, like you I go a long Sunday morning walk during the winter months, during late Spring, Summer and early Autumn I go a bike ride, this morning I went a 8K walk in light rain ☔ I don't use a head torch as I wait until the sun rises, enjoy the rest of the day 😊

Thsnks Al Morr. Good walk for u too ALMorr. I would have been drenched if I waited for sunrise this morning. High winds forecast again this week. 💨

Have always been a quick walker and trying to get home before the lots of rain we had yesterday. Might be a different story this week as storms wind coming in.

Yes I am quite a quick walker . Less injuries for me just now quite fancy those nordic poles but think would look odd around about here to much pavement walking on.
