Hospital appointment at 9.00am and by time I got out from hospital decided to walk to work as bus drivers off a lot of the routes with covid , think from school runs so felt safer walking. My time was 48.22 , pretty flat walk and lovely fresh air listening to music en-route mostly along main roads . Get my steps as well 🙂

Yes that’s one of my running routes but no shower at work, just a cat wash, so walked.

That's a 9.40km pace for you Doris8, almost on the same pace as power walking, certainly a brisk walk, not a stroll, well done.

Thanks Al Morr. In a hurry to get to work🤣

That's really good Doris. I feel really slow now as I ran 5k yesterday in similar time, just 4 mins less! That did include falling over someone's dog, but even so, well done! Best wishes ☺️

Thank you. I’m not much faster running 5 km as I jog quite slow, no speed runs for me, oh hope you didn’t hurt yourself after falling over the dog, that’s the sort of thing osteoporosis people don’t want to happen. Best wishes to u too🙂
