After running 10k last Monday following Ju Ju's running plan ,and it was not easy ,but I managed it I am thinking ..Do i run it again this Monday or back off a little ..eg go down to 5k again ..what does everyone else tend to do ..i know i would not / could not run 10k for 3 days of the week !!
Question ..Hitting 10k ..what do you do after - Bridge to 10K
Question ..Hitting 10k ..what do you do after

My suggestion is to do what feels OK for you. What have you run since Monday?
just the ju jus running plan of thursday 20minute run ..Saturday 5k run ...Mon ..? either 10 k again or back off a little ..
That sounds OK to me. I think just running regularly is the important bit. The distance is less important.
However, having achieved this distance it would be helpful to revisit it occasionally.
If you feel like a 10km run that day, go for it.
After 10km I kept extending my long run distance gradually, but I didn't just do longer runs. I still don't. I now consider 10km a medium length run.
revisit it occasionally...Yes i would say that sounds right for me ..and depending on how i feel on the day ..you know when you get them days where you feel like you could run for ever !! them are the days i will do the 10k or slightly more ..but i shall continue to run 3 times per week that's for sure !! Thanks

Well done on the 10K 👍
As I'm looking after the badges this month I have given you your 'Graduate 10' badge 😁
I would do some shorter runs again .No need to keep running 10k
Maybe do one every week or 2.
Keep mixing the runs up is a good recipe for progress.
If you wanted to further extend the distance then there are many 10 mile or HM plans available,

I created my own post 10k consolidation plan and had a lot of fun with it: healthunlocked.com/bridgeto...

Definitely don't try to keep running 10k every time you go out, as that's likely to lead to boredom at best and/or injury at worst. Instead, try varying distance, duration, pace and terrain.
Exactly how you do that is up to you. If plans work well for you then there are plenty out there. I loathe them so just improvised my way to metric marathon distance, bearing in mind all that i'd seen on the forums about varying distances and not overdoing things.
Happy running!
