How to do runs after getting to 10K

I am following JuJu’s magic plan and have just completed week four (8.83K) and managed it quite easily and think I could have completed the 10K 😃

My question is once you have completed the 8 weeks, do you still follow the last week for a while ? Do you you run all your runs 10K ?

What’s the best way to continue at a safe progression.

I tend to mix my runs up a bit, sometimes thats by design but more often its down to how busy I am. I don't really stick to a plan except I do try to do one long run a week, I call a "long run" anything 7k or over.

Thank you. I suppose once I’ve done the 10K I can just choose my length of run depending on time and how I feel that day. Will definitely do at least one long run.

I mix it up and don't really stick to a plan either, as stuff always seems to get in the way. Just try to remember not to increase overall weekly distance by 10%. have fun!!

No, don't do all your runs at 10K, keep the variety. You don't want it to become a chore and you don't want to over tax your legs at this stage 👍🏻😁

I mix it up. I do Park Runs 5K plus some 5K runs on my own 10K and a longer run as currently working towards 10 miles. Up to 8 miles at moment. I try to add half a mile each time weekly if possible!
