10k at last

Finished my first 10k race, the Egdon Easy in Weymouth. An evening race, so avoided the hottest part of the day but still 19°c. Never thought I would do this 12 months ago.

Thanks to HU for the opportunity to read other runners progress & problems, which encouraged me to keep going
