10k at last

Did 10k for the first time in 66 years!! I always cheated at cross country at school. Lovely clear crisp morning, ideal for running. Only stopped to take a photo of the reservoir I pass looking beautiful in the winter sun with hardly a ripple on the surface. I'd post it here but have never worked out how to do that! The Add Photo button doesn't allow me access to my Gallery, only the camera. Anyway, it was lovely and today means Couch to 10k in ten months. The training programmes are amazing as are the forums for support and encouragement. Thank you everyone. Now to keep it going ready for the 10k race I've enrolled on in January. Have a happy running Xmas all!

Certainly cryptic crosswords would not be a way for me to relax. My husband and I have a book of Times cryptic crosswords. Even with the answers we can not always work out how the answer is, in fact, the answer! Happy running to you! 🏃🏻😊 I hope you wake ache free. 😊
