Sunday 6 am the Something Understood episode was called “Running on Empty” and was, surprisingly, about the thoughts and joys of running.

I loved it. Catch it again on BBC Sounds.

Thanks for that information, I was listening to another channel at that time when I woke up, I'll listen to 'Running on Empty' on BBC Sounds later.

Really worth a listen, especially as BBC Sounds means I don't have to get up at 6am to hear it :)
