Furst run for a while because of personal issues.

I decided to put this aside and have a run I cant believe I'm saying this but I've missed running outside.

I spring out of bed well crawled took the dog for a walk it was raining so she wasnt in the mood and practically dragged me home.

Bother I said no waterproofs but I woke wanting to run so just had leggings and a long sleeved t shirt.

It wasnt easy for one I set off to fast soon slowed so I could breathe 10 mins later breathing was easier but the dreaded joggers trots set in so I wasnt finding it pleasant to run at all 1.5k in turned back and headed home.

Only 3k done and in 26 minutes that's what having a couple of weeks does. Better get practicing again.

Nothing wrong with a 3K run !It's a good distance to keep things ticking over .

Well done .

Well done for getting out there!

You have done really well just getting back out there especially with all of those challenges. Feel proud of yourself 👍

3km is a good distance for a short outing. It's my preferred "short run" distance.

That's 3k and 26 minutes more than I did yesterday!

Well done though for getting out and doing it, that's half the battle. I mainly run in the dark as it's always after I finish work, so I'm not out until 6.30pm. it takes that long to get ready, the right layers, hat, gloves, reflective arm bands, head torch, chest touch , ear phones, phone, I have to remind myself how good I feel once I've been out ran and peeing off (quite often) wet clothes! 😁👍🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Good for you for getting out and running! I havn't run for three months due to a bad bout of sciatica so if I manage 3K when I go out later this week for the first time I will be very happy!
