Mr D and I went for a walk but first part of walk 1.5 kmwent on in front of him as he has think pulled hamstring or muscle strain, slipped in bath, not sure what it is , no bruising, had it for a few weeks now , stubborn won’t rest. Then the next 2.5 km was steep all the way up 716 feet no levelling off to Decathlon, not my idea Mr D. Went in for a look but didn’t buy as have enough tops and leggings etc, and straight back down again which was easier but I think harder on back. A wee bit drizzle to start with but blue sky and ☀️ now. Think Mr D could suffer later. Hope u had a good Xmas.
