And look who got a bright yellow jacket to run in from under the tree ππππ
A run round our park, 20 minutes for Willow, 30 minutes for me. Slow and steady and Christmas tunes in my ears, passing a few people out with their dogs, calling out Merry Christmas and smiling.
We havenβt run a lot lately so are getting out while Iβve got a few days off work.
There are too many people here to thank by name so for everyone whoever posted about their run or liked or left an encouraging comment on my rambling posts a heartfelt thank you all and have fun this Christmas π€Ά

A very belated Merry Christmas to both of you, from Alan in Scotland, for some unknown reason I did not get ONE post on Christmas Day from HealthUnlocked, there may have been a fault in the system somewhere, glad you enjoyed your Christmas Day run.
Thanks and a Merry Christmas to you too, my friend gave Parker the gift of a cracker which he patted and pulled at the ribbon for ages eventually releasing some nice new jingly toys π
