Whether it’s a run day or a rest day, wishing you all a very merry Christmas full of joy! I had a very peaceful run this morning. Now for some Christmas Chaos with family…bending down to the bottom shelf of the oven and lifting heavy trays of food counts as strength and flex doesn’t it? 🎄🤣🏃‍♀️

Thank you! I did a bit of chasing little people on rollerskates (them, not me!) and opening stuff jars. It was practically a gym session!! It was a lovely Christmas thank you!
