So glad I forced myself out the door this morning after days of excuses....told myself I would do a little 30 minute run but felt so good after this time and ran on for the 5k....
felt really easy and hardly out of breath as opposed to my last run that had me gasping for breath after 15 minutes.... strange how the body works isn’t it.
To not put pressure on myself I have decided I will hover around the 5k mark 2/3 times a week until the new year then will push on for the 10K...
