Pure envy here! I ran past a load of blackberries and intended to go back. Thunderstorm at the end. My neighbour stripped them all by the time I was back!

I’ve recently discovered the Runderwear easy on sports bra. Got one in a sale. Super comfy and keeps everything locked down. If you do decide you need a new bra, I’d definitely recommend that one!

My others are all the multi sports shock absorber ones. I tend to check regularly to see if any are on sale and order another for the collection. In the hot weather I was burning through them so quickly it was ridiculous.

Mine has had to shift to tomorrow due to an emergency lift to work needed by my son and then pouring rain since I got home.

We desperately need the rain so I don't mind.

Yeah… rain. I remember a time where I had never run in rain and I was rather anxious about that first event.

good you got out today running. If I went out at 6-7 I would been drenched. Raining buckets. Jilly has sports bras but the one I sent for nice and soft bamboo but tootight across hump in back with osteo. Have to have another look for one.

I have got the NIke Run Club on my Iphone. It's also available for Android. So I don't have a smart watch. Sorry, no help with watches. But the NRC app is great, I have to say.

Yes!!!! They are!!! The lyrics are hilarious if you understand them, aren't they. And yes, their music ability is brillient. (I wrote an reviw of them back when I was studying music in Germany a couple of decades ago (!), and when it was their first year on the music scene)

The Shock Absorber Ultimate bra is highly recommended CBDB . It’s certainly the best bra I’ve tried. Sizing is smaller than your normal bra so trying on in a shop is easier.

My freezer is full of blackberries already.

How do you get it on without help? I’ve tried a few times because I really like the look of it but I can’t manage the clip at the top. I agree about the sizing. I went up a band size and down a cup size.

With practice 🤣. My arms/shoulders are quite flexible but on the days I am having problems, I’ll do the top clip up first and put it on like a vest, then once everything is in place you can do up the main fastening.

Love it! Thanks, maybe it’s not the one for me. I’ve got a bit of a dodgy shoulder that’s just recovering from yet another strain so perhaps the ones you put on like a normal bra are safer. Who’d have thought risk assessing sports bras for injury potential was a thing?! Ah, the things we do for our sport…
