Got back and decided to get out for a little run 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️ It was still light so I toddled off nice and slowly. I don’t normally run in the afternoon but It felt so good but although I felt ok I decided to just do a short run to keep my hip happy. Home after 20 minutes nice hot shower and followed by a hot chocolate happy running 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️
