Longest run and fastest 5k! Also got bus home looking mad!

Decided i needed a long run so headed off. Had to stop as I left the village to remove an album from my run list obviously uploaded the whole thing instead of one song 😳 and was off again. I ran into Cambridge and ended up with my longest run and hidden within that my fastest 5k and also fastest pace throughout. I tad chuffed. As I am not heroic i got the bus back, it was full of folk going about there day and i was dressed as sausage in my running things with crazy sweaty hair and a face so red even the sun had to up its game. I sat with my dignified glow until it was time to get off. Will head and buy wine soon huzzah for runnings and wine.

Wonderful Sounds just amazing. Definite inspiration to those on the bus.

Thank you. I sometimes walk to town and as i started that direction thought rude not to try and knew there were bus stops on the way in case i gave up.

Yes, it's relatively flat apart from the NW corner. There's no way I'd be running up Castle Hill! I gained my thigh muscles cycling up the Madingley Road a few times a week (until someone showed me the flatter route past the tennis courts).

That’s valiant cycling 😁 the flat lands are great but the slightest slope leaves me feeling all in awe of folks that encounter hills on a daily basis. Wimpole tomorrow to pretend I am a rugged explorer hill type 😳

Great run today. I never thought of using a bus to get back- i usually do either a circuit or a 'there and back'. But it sounds a good idea to do different routes - i might try this when restrictions are lifted.

Not that lazy - you're miles ahead of me in LeJog! I've not run for a week.

I am sure life gets in the way of plans and we shall cross the finish line. I go out so much to avoid being home.
