I like the bright early mornings and always used to run early! I’ve shifted lately, though. I’ve been running after breakfast and it’s my new favourite time! I’m fortunate in that I’m retired and don’t have to struggle to fit runs in. I’ve still never run in the afternoon. Good luck with your running 🏃‍♀️👍😊

Thank you. I like to get up and out straight away as give myself excuses not too the longer the day goes on. And no way can I give after work and drained by that time xx

I'm finding it more difficult to squeeze in runs before work. I seem to find it harder to get up early enough in these winter months. Hence all the lunchtime runs at the moment.

Me too. Much easier to get out of bed when the mornings are light an sunny.

I guess each of us has our favourite time of day to head out.

Mine is from 11:30 to noon, and I dream of a warm boiled egg sandwich for lunch when I get back. 🙂

Oh well done. I know spring can feel so much nicer, but having just come off the IC any run in any dreary weather is sparkling in my mind.

What might also help is Christmas Bingo or some Strava Challenges.

Bingo - see healthunlocked.com/bridgeto...

Strava art, look at last year’s collection at healthunlocked.com/bridgeto...

I’m not sure what I’ll do as my distance is suddenly reduced but I’m all set to have a lot of Xmas running fun. Wishing you the same … and above all… well done for getting out there when it doesn’t feel fun! That’s doubly awesome!
