Running by the Sea!

Had a few days away at a friend's place by the seaside. Managed to fit in a 5k, although was a bit slow as I kept stopping to take photos. Wish every run had this view!

That's beautiful! Running gave me the additional way to enjoy the beautiful nature and gave more coverage as well! I love it, can't wait to go on a holiday and run in the new places ❤️

What are we like eh? beating ourselves up for stopping to take a photo to share with others? I can remember somewhere in the middle of c25k running along the seafront holding my phone out in front of me snapping pictures only to find them all blurry when i got home, now if the view is beautiful it takes so little time to pause and snap that i just do and have some wonderful photos, I had an almost personal best once and kicked myself for stopping and taking photos 😂 but the photos are memories

It's so bazaar, I was the same back then, all of 18 months ago.....we MUST stop and see the beauty around us.....
