Peeing down, cold wet windy Parkrun, but great fun!!!!

I did have some doubt this morning first thing when I looked out at the weather, but thought, hey, in for a penny in for a pound! So layers on and off I went.

It absolutely peed down most of the way, and running along the riverbank and the paths layered with leaves was a bit of a challenge, but the banter and laughter this morning was infectious, everyone spurring each other on. So grateful to the poor volunteers stood in the wind and rain. But, I absolutely loved it!!!

Must get a better waterproof though. Suggestions please where do you all get yours from, and any bargains out there??

Great that you got out there and had some fun. I've no idea about waterproofs but love my man tights 🤣🤣🤣

I don’t wear waterproofs so can’t recommend any but I know that Decathlon is popular, or try Wiggle, or even TKMaxx.
